We are pleased to announce that on April 19, 2000, Governor Paul Cellucci appointed Nelson P. Lovins to serve on the Executive Committee for the Judicial Nominating Committee. The Executive Committee reviews and screens applications and conducts interviews for judicial positions on the Superior Court, Land Court and Appeals Court. The Committee also recommends candidates to the Governor for positions in these Courts, as well as the District, Probate and Housing Courts.
