We are please to announce that on April 3, 2000, Nelson P. Lovins was sworn into the Bar of the United States Supreme Court. This ceremony was presided over by six Justices of the Supreme Court in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Lovins is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar, the Federal District Court Bar for the District of Massachusetts, Court of Appeals Bar for the First Circuit and the Bar for the Court of Claims which sits in Washington D.C. Mr. Lovins has litigated cases in these courts and those of other jurisdictions as well.
